Full ownership and leadership of
proposal development and delivery, including pre-submittal questions,
written and oral deliveries, evaluation notices (ENs) or pre-award
questions, proposal amendments, and final proposal revisions (FRPs). Plan,
schedule, budget, outline and lead storyboard and text development,
management reviews, and production of proposal products. Work with Capture
Managers and Program Managers to develop and capture proposed solution,
including but not limited to technical, management, cost and transition
solutions. Advise and assist assembly of appropriate authors, section and

to successfully develop proposals. Provide detailed guidance to proposal

Responsible for developing and
implementing a greenfield proposal process (reporting to the Vice President
of Sales Operations) for three, separate business markets within the firm
focusing on the wireless industry. Designed internal document management
system for all Nexius collateral within Box.com including resource library,
client document housing system, marketing repository, etc. Created all
baseline material for utilization in proposal responses, client
presentation decks, marketing initiatives, white papers, and internal
communications. Designed and implemented collaborative efforts with SMEs to
determine and document value statements and business positions for all
Nexius portfolios including Network Deployment, Network Engineering,
Technology Services, Network and Business Intelligence, and Signature
Solutions. Led effective storyboarding for business development enterprises
including development of strategic win themes and discriminators. Developed
and maintained process for tracking proposals including document logging,
leading bid/no bid discussions, project kick-off meetings, document
design/deliberate process, proposal timelines, document version control,
proposal submission, and win-loss/lessons learned review. Created training
manual for proprietary, Project Management tool utilized by consultants in
managing client projects.

Responsibility to drive proposal
and RFP response process for $100M-$1B+ global pursuits. Analyze, document,
and managed RFP requirements. Coordinate and manage SMEs and
cross-functional teams in response to large-scale proposals and RFPs.
Compile and complete proposal and RFP documents in multiple formats for
submission to clients. Responsible for document editing, content, grammar,
style, and flow. Create procedures and policies for Managed Services
contracts including: Master Services Agreement (MSA); MSA associated
Schedules; Master Utility Services Agreement (MUSA); MUSA associated
Exhibits; Local Enabling Agreements (LEAs); Amendments; miscellaneous legal
documents/documentation; and contract execution. Create, develop, and
maintain multi-billion dollar Managed Services contract and proposal
database. Responsible for LEA process to assist Business Development
Managers (BDMs) and Delivery Managers acquire rights to work in countries
outside of the US on behalf of EMC clients. Develop and deliver global

Central point of contact and
responsibility for the development of win strategies, competitive analysis,
and the preparation and submittal of compliant, winning proposals and
client presentations from schools/districts in all 50 states for
educational materials resulting in over $500,000.00 worth of incoming
purchase orders in a one year period. Responsible for state-wide contracts
related to company offerings including updates, renewals, changes, and
price increases. Develop and maintain all website content related to
education funding, grant applications, product information, and correlation
between product line and ESEA. Write and publish press releases regarding
company accomplishments and product announcements. Development and maintain
corporate documentation to support inside and outside sales force in
day-to-day operations including, but not limited to sole source
information, Service Level Agreements, Terms of Use, Contest Rules and
Regulations, and ARRA stimulus fund justification reporting. Responsible
for case studies and testimonials related to all company offerings from
clients. Apply and maintain all state program requirements related to Study
Island approval as a Supplemental Educational Services provider in the
